Coco’s Patisserie

This total refurbishment was completed with a looming deadline – Opening day! The electrical project began with a 3 phase mains upgrade to cater for the wide variety of baking and cafe appliances, and ended with the installation of a commercial solar system to cover the business’ daytime electricity usage. With front signage lighting, recessed LED panels, downlights and pendants, emergency and exit lighting, cool room and display fridges, smoke alarms, exhaust fans, data points and sound system.

The end result is a premium hospitality and retail space delivered in record time.
