This expansive accommodation spanned 6 levels, with restoration work throughout the entire historic building in the heart of St Kilda. Essential upgrades included a 200Amp mains upgrade that had to be coordinated with the media agency responsible for the large scale outdoor billboards at St Kilda junction. New facilities throughout the property included heating and cooling, CCTV and access control with wireless access points, wifi, feature lighting in foyer plus emergency and exit lighting. The rough in and fit off were completed in a tight time frame of just three months with a client eager to welcome their first guests.
