The Block, 2016
The Port Melbourne heritage listed 1920’s art deco building was previously a behemoth soap factory. With a tight timeline and tight budget we worked with contestants Dan and Carleen to create an elegant apartment that respected the history of the building while creating a contemporary and sophisticated residence. The state of the art electrical fitout was completed in under 12 weeks within the firm development rules of the heritage restoration.
